On the top menu, click on the type of shape you want to draw 2D or 3D. Draw a closed shape that begins and ends at the same place. From the 3D shapes menu, pick a 3D doodle tool. As we are going to use our 2D view to place our image this time around, let's come over to that, and then use the ALT key and middle mouse button in order to focus the view on the area of the mesh that sits just behind the glass panel, which, of course, is where we want this decal to sit.
